feat(mcp): 新增仓库出入库明细与在库物品查询三工具

Browse Source 
- warehouse.out.details.list.query / warehouse.in.details.list.query / warehouse.hardstock.list.query
- 出库明细硬过滤 query_flag=0 + order_state=3，入库明细 order_state=3，hardstock 固定 stock_state=0
- dateType 三态 + 缺省最近180天、跨度上限180天；固定排序不提供排序参数
- PermissionService 新增 details 级行权限变体与 HardSockLife 变体（对齐 getWarehouseAuth）
